How long can I expect to wait for my order to arrive?
Current order fulfillment time is 4-10 months for medium and large orders.
Costume makers, producers may have faster make times.

Why are all the shirts in the online store made in white fabric?
The shirts showcased in our online store are just sample designs detailing some features such as the collar. You are given an option to choose your own preferred shirt fabric and cuff designs in the list of each item. Please view shirt fabrics here

Will my shirts arrive as pristine as a mass produced shirt?
No. As the old master tailor once told me - "We are tailors, not dry cleaners." Your shirts will arrive in basic form with protective packaging. The first dry-cleaning/washing will be up to the customer.

How flexible are my garment options?
RJW Shirts offers a wide range of design options with 111 products available for purchase. Sales are limited website contents. No variations to products are possible.

What are my online payment options and What are the postage charges?
As of August, 2021, RJW Shirts will no longer be using PayPal as a payment method. During the checkout process you will be given the option of paying with Debit/Credit Card via the secure SQUARE Credit Card Processing company. For personalised orders that vary from my website's products, RJW Shirts can email you an itemised invoice which specifies the unique details of your order. This invoice can be paid with Credit Card via a secure credit card processing service. Another payment option is Xoom - this is a direct wire bank transfer service offered by the PayPal Company. Customers within Australia are welcome to use the above payment options or make payment via direct Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT aka Bank Deposit). If choosing EFT
Postage charges are tiered by purchase amount and are represented here in $AU. Default International postage is Standard Airmail and comes with Tracking & Signature. The Standard Airmail + Tracking & Signature will give you an Express International delivery service and you will be given the option to chose it during the checkout process. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and fees charged by their local postage services and customs.
